Role: SAP MM (Material Master)

Job Location: Torrance, CA

Duration: Long-term

Exp: 8+ Years

 

Responsibilities:

 

Proficient in the Configuration of Master Data such as Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchase Info Records, Source list, and Quota Arrangement.

 *Expertise in working in Purchase Optimization areas such as Contracts, Scheduling Agreements and Invoice Verification.

* Proficient in the Inventory management areas such as Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, Stock Transfers, Physical Inventory, and Movement Type Configuration.

 *Expertise in Procurement Process such as Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Orders, RFQ.

 *Warehouse Management: Master data for warehouse( storage type, section, bin), put away and picking strategies, outbound and inbound movements using  purchase order/sales order , packaging and handling units, movement types, bin replenishments, warehouse activity monitor, enhancements using BADI, BAPI, custom pick monitor,

 *MM Module Configuration - Material Master, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Vendor Scheduling Agreement, Stock Transport Order, Purchasing Groups, Info records, Vendor, Source List,  Movement Types (GR, GI, Transfer Posting), Goods movement of Handling Units, Stock Determination, Document Life, Physical Inventory and Plant Parameters.
