Duration : Long Term
Skills, Experience and Requirements
10 years of overall development experience
Moving form and internally support Performance Reporting System to an external vendor solution
Historical data extraction for external vendor
New data integration from external vendorsome data modeling required
Multiple applications will be impacted
Support Ad hoc data mining requestWeekly progress reporting
Strong experience writing stored procedures, functions, triggers, and ad hoc queries using PL/SQL
Knowledge - Brokerage Financial Data, understanding of key brokerage terminology
Experience writing stored procedures, functions, triggers, and ad hoc queries using Microsoft Transact-SQL
Strong experience writing stored procedures, functions, triggers, and ad hoc queries using PL/SQL
Experience with using XML data type, xquery, and XSLT
Experience writing stored procedures, functions, triggers, and ad hoc queries using Microsoft Transact-SQL
Ability to present the pros and cons of various design and SQL coding techniques
Understanding of star-schema data warehousing concepts and implementations
Experience with performance tuning of complicated queries and procedures
Familiarity with Oracle execution plans and statistics• Experience with Oracle SQL Developer client
Experience with Sybase a plus
Experience with Informatica a plus
