| CASE MANAGER
Qualifications Basic:
· Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
· Experience with IBM Case Manager Implementation and Solution design. Hands on experience mandatory.
· IBM FileNet knowledge/working experience is required
· Experience in Case Manager, Case definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
· Strong Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Solution Design, Functional and implementation knowledge as well as general Planning and Customer Management skills. Coordination with offshore development teams.
· Effective Analytical and Communication skills
· Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to negotiate and influence executive level for decision making
· Strong leadership, presentation and team management skills
ODM
