Position: Sybase DBA SME

Location: Stamford , CT 

Duration: 6 months

 

·         Hands-on experience on V15 Upgrades

·         Database administration with 12.x and 15.x

·         Trouble shoot in Production support with quick decision making

·         Performance tuning and maintenance

·         Hands on Backup/restore

·         Hands on with DBCC configuration/issue fixing

·         Disaster Recovery

·         Replication server experience

·         Installations/ Migrations

·         Capacity Planning

·         Auditing/security

·         Working experience in Cluster is plus

·         Sybase Replication experience

·         Good in Shell scripting

·         Knowledge on SQL BackTrack

·         Communicate with Team members effectively and efficiently.

·         Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required.
