Should be very strong in core java, MQ, Java Collections, performance improvements on code. 
Shoule be aware of end to end testing and deployment. The candidate should have knowledge of Test Driven Development.
Spring - Core, MVC is must.

The candidate should have experience on Devops with knowledge on tools like Team City, Jenkins, Nolio , Nexus etc

Should have Technical blend of mind and working on latest emerging trends.

Good to have front End development experience (Worked in UI frameworks like Angular and Node.js)..
