Oracle Fusion - Integration Tester
Experience Required:
· Oracle Fusion HCM experience in any of the modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, T&L
· Must have worked on Oracle Fusion HCM R10 and above
· Understanding of the underlying table structure and objects used by the applicable modules
· Excellent knowledge and experience in creating HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports.
· Excellent knowledge and experience working with HDL and OTBI reports.
· Working knowledge of PaaS and Extensions is required
Experience Desirable:
· Experience with masking, unmasking of data is desirable
· Experience with Tivoli, Axway or any other similar scheduling tool is strongly desirable
· Must be familiar with concepts like authentication, single sign-on, encryption, decryption processes within Oracle HCM Fusion application
· Experience working on an Agile team using test driven development
· Understanding of Datawarehouse, Big Data and BI Analytics concepts is desirable
· Familiarity with SQL, Informatica & Tableau is desirable.
· Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguous requirements.
Role:
· Participate in System Integration testing.
· Create test cases, test data, log results and defects in ALM
· Work closely with development team, middleware team, vendors and other stakeholders on requirements, design and reviewing test cases
· Execute test cases to generate interface files.
· Validate interface file format and data
· Work with development, middleware and project team to transmit files to third party vendors.

The Business Systems Consultant is responsible for providing production and operational support for Retirement Services Fund Management applications. The Business Systems Consultant is responsible for the evaluation and implementation of complex applications with complex subsystems that may affect the entire system or multiple systems applications. Advise on methods to improve scalability. Prepare communications, documentation and conducts classes on new system alternatives.
Consult and provide guidance to client and IT personnel.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Capable of applying knowledge to handle all but the most complex problems independently
• Works with minimal guidance on more complex projects
• Anticipates change and directs or redirects efforts
• Lead analysis of processes, procedures, data and rules
• Negotiate and influence requirements direction
• Evaluate, analyze and prioritize incoming requests and can effectively prioritize based on customer needs
• Collaborate with business and systems experts
• On-call support for batch abend related to Fund Mapping
• Produce all process related documentations, matrices etc.
• Continuous service improvements to customer by using innovative & cost effective method in terms of profitability and quality
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Customer interaction and expectation management in terms of support & deliverables Support and participation for internal audit as required
