Position: J2EE Programmer
Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:        

•           Work is project-oriented and actual tasks must be committed to a defined schedule. Person who can quickly adapts and learn the J2EE environment and can utilize general instructions on new work. Uses judgment and creativity and sound technical knowledge to recommend solutions. 

Requirements include

·         Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience in similar work environment. 

·         Minimum of 7 years of IT work experience focused in systems development and programming.

·         Required Experience will multiple of the following components

o   J2EE, Batch Java

o   AngularJS or JQuery

o   Spring and STRUTS

o   Javascript/HTML 5

o   WebSphere and TomCat Application Servers

o   IBM MQ Series

Preferred Experience
Development using Adobe Flex
Prior Insurance Industry background

Skills necessary for this role:
J2EE Web Services, J2EE Application Development , Java, HTML, JavaScript, Spring Framework, Oracle, SQL, DB2. They will primarily be working on J2EE Application Development and using the other skills as needed to complete their assigned tasks.
