Oracle Retail DBA

 

Location: San Antonio, TX

Duration: 6+ Months

Rate : Market

 

Job Description:

Technical Requirements:

·         Solid, functional knowledge of Retail MoM Suite and primarily Oracle DB; including customization and configuration

·         UNIX , Perl for batches is as extra advantage

·         Technical Installation & Configuration knowledge of Oracle Retail applications - RMS, RPM, RIB, Allocations, ReIM, ReSA, Analytics, and SIM.

·         Experience with Oracle databases & admin experience

·         Minimum experience of  4 years' experience as Oracle Retail DBA

·         Responsible for DB admin of Oracle Retail MOM Suite of apps plus

·         Experience using Explain Plan, OEM for data base and SQL tuning.

·         Understanding of Oracle Retail technology stack, tools, architecture and infrastructure

·         Experience working on integration projects; integrating Oracle Retail with other non-Oracle applications (custom built and packaged)

 

Other Skills:

·         A good team player with Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and ability to articulate with people at all levels

·         Focus on quality and timely delivery

·         7-10 Years of technical and functional experience in Retek applications.

·         Experience working with onshore and offshore delivery teams

·         Ability to create technical & functional design documentation for software changes and development
