- Feasibility study on migrating jobs into Control-M Environment
- Removal of retired calendars, jobs, elements and conditions
- Implement and configure all identified jobs into Control-M lower environment
- Perform Control-M infrastructure capacity assessment
- Create Low Level Design and Technical Specs
- Enable all required alerting mechanism
- Optimizing the usage of licenses
- Reduce job dependencies and resources
- Creation of Operational procedures
- Provision of housekeeping jobs to improve efficiency
- Enable automation of jobs administration
