Job Title: .Net Developer
Location: Appleton, WI
Duration: 6+Months

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Software Development
1. Work with and understand direction and design concepts from System Analysts.
2. Build technical designs that meet System Analyst direction.
3. Review technical designs with System Analyst for approval.
4. Write application code per development standards to meet requirements.
5. Help form development and deployment plans.
6. Guide project team through development life cycle.
7. Review Unit Test process and provide feedback and direction to improve test coverage.
8. Support application fixes through SIT, UAT, and Post Project Implementation.
Additional Duties
1. Participate in design meetings and offer input to help shape design to meet Customer needs.
2. Participate in code reviews.
3. Work with the Systems Analyst and IT infrastructure team for technical framework needs.
4. Support the OSK Methodology especially in the Software Development phases of Technical Design, Build and Unit Test.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 7+ years of web development experience
· Previous experience with html5, CSS, bootstrap, JavaScript, and its related framework – jQuery and Knockout.js
· Previous experience with Microsoft Net technologies including:
o C#.NET 4.0+ - Required
o ASP.NET & ASP.NET MVC 4.0+ - Required
o LINQ - Required
o Entity Framework 6.0 - Required
o DevExpress 15.x – nice to have
o RedGate – nice to have
· Previous experience with migrating queries from SQL Server 2008 to 2014/2016
· Previous experience with Microsoft IIS (preferably V7.5 or higher)
· Previous experience with Source Control (e.g. TFS)
· Familiarity with object-oriented design patterns
· Ability to collaborate with the entire Project team including Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, and Customers to shape the product design – nice to have
· Ability to work independently to achieve product development results – nice to have
