Job Description:
- Work experience and knowledge in manufacturing management process areas (Production Management, Quality Management, Inventory Management, Maintenance Management and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Management)
- In depth knowledge in manufacturing value chain processes, industry trends and enabling technologies
- Experience in leading manufacturing quality initiatives including supplier quality
- Hands on experience of quality tools such 8D Analysis, CAPA, CAR, RCA, and Cost of Quality
- Technical expertise and hands on experience in one or more MES tools (APRISO FlexNet, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Siemens Simatic IT, GE Intelligent Platform Proficy, SAP ME or any other leading MES tool).
- Technical expertise in quality tools such as Reliance EtQ
- Work Experience in Productivity improvement, operation efficiency improvement projects for a manufacturing plant
- Understanding of Enterprise technologies like PLM, ERP, etc.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma projects for manufacturing plant
- Experience in Theory of Constraints (TOC) Projects for manufacturing plant
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Business Process Mapping
- Experience in Project Management
- Minimum 2 Years of Manufacturing Industry or Business Process Consulting
