Job Title: Scrum Master - Digital Manufacturing Track Lead

Location: Spring, TX 

Length: 12 month

Interview: Phone hire will do

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Work very closely with Portfolio Delivery Manager (PDM) to ensure execution of SAFe principles consistent with vision

·         Create, configure and manage SAFe TFS project(s)

·         Facilitate all team meetings (e.g., daily standup, iteration planning, retrospectives, etc.)

·         Help the team identify impediments and work with the PDM and Business Venture Managers (e.g., product owners) to eliminate them

·         Promote SAFe and Lean values, principles and practices

·         Act as coach and mentor for team to share knowledge of SAFe and Lean values, principles, and practices

·         Work with stakeholders to develop and publish key metrics

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

·         Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerView, etc.) to publish key metrics

·         Very strong communication skills (written and verbal)

·         Must be experienced ScrumMaster facilitating Agile team of up to 10 people

·         Very strong in TFS (e.g., project creation, configuration, management, etc.)

·         Have the ability to work in a global team and coordinate with other Scrum Masters in other regions

·         Must be experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) - Transformation, implementation, and execution

 

CERTIFICATIONS:

 

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

• Certified SAFe Agilist

 

Note: Minimum travel required with potential locations of Brazil, Europe, and Singapore
