Description:

 

MUST have Java experience

 

 

The performance team uses high-end integrated production like infrastructure testing environment for following use cases:

• Certify application code Releases and note any performance impacts under production like workloads.

• Verify impact of any Infrastructure changes and under production like workloads.

• Validate fail-over/recovery scenario and measure any impact to response times/interruption during execution of these scenario's

• Find processing ceilings to prepare organization for high volume card transaction days (like Black Friday, holiday season) or mergers.

• Find opportunities to make application/infrastructure more efficient

• Pinpoint the bottlenecks, memory leaks ahead of time to help increase application performance.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience on end-to-end application development life cycle

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in developing VU Scripts for performance testing

• 5+ years of experience in developing Performance Test Plans and Performance test Scenarios using requirements and design documents while specifying Testing Overview, Approach, Strategy, Scope, Architecture, Environment, Roles and Responsibilities. Experience in performance tuning

• Experience of LoadRunner & Performance Center setup / installations / Administration / Troubleshoot

• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, self-motivated, quick learner and team player

• Active listening skills and assertiveness in negotiating the requirements based on project needs.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task

 

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Experience of LoadRunner & Performance Center setup / installations / Administration / Troubleshoot

• Experience with monitoring tools like Wily and Dynatrace
