Location : Atlanta, GA
Duration : 5+ Months

Rate : $50/hour on C2C (All Inclusive)

Job description:
- Experience working in a Cable/ISP domain with focus on Telephony Back Office operations
- BA experience analyzing and gathering system process flows and requirements
- experience leading JAD and functional design sessions with stakeholders (technical, operational, business and third parties)
- Working knowledge and understanding of Telephone Number Porting, Directory Listing concepts
- Working understanding of API integration with third parties and internal applicaitons
- Capable of looking at the End to End solution and understanding impact in a particular domain/application
- Expert level communication skills in a client facing environment
- Expert level of MS office skills (Visio, Excel, Word)
