Lead Developer With React JS Atleast Expereince Should Be 10 Years or More

GC-EAD, USC ONLY 

Extremely strong in these skill-set and should be hands on in:

•             HTML

•             CSS

•             JQUERY

•             JAVASCRIPT

•             Establish and maintain FED framework and coach other developers to follow them

•             Drive code reviews and maintain quality of the platform.

•             Able to provide technical leadership to teams and interact with business users

•             MUST HAVE project experience using and implementing ReactJS

•             Worked with Jasmine and Karma for TDD development.

 

JavaScript

•             Experience with 3rd party libraries for DOM manipulation (jQuery is preferred)

•             Experience with AJAX / JSON

•             Optimization: Understands how to fine-tune and measure performance; detect race conditions; debug paint issues     

•             Experience producing cross-browser functional code     

•             Understands the JavaScript event model     

•             Experience with the promise interface     

•             Experience building modular JavaScript using AMD

 

CSS

•             Experience with preprocessors (LESS and/or SASS)     

•             Understands how to write efficient selectors     

•             Understands CSS rule specificity

•             Understands best practices for organizing rules     

•             Understands cross-browser CSS issues

•             Understands responsive design approaches     

•             Exposure to web-based mobile UI development

 

General Web Technologies

•             Security (XSS, CSRF prevention)

•             Experience with optimizing pages for performance

•             Writing/understanding semantic markup

•             Experience with HTML5 new features

•             Experience with rapid-development workflow technologies (ie: Grunt)

•             Experience with version control (SVN, Git preferred)

•             Accessibility

•             Understands ARIA tags

•             Familiar with WCAG 2.0

•             Understands best practices

•             Work in an onsite/offshore model
