Experience (Years): 6-8 Years
Essential Skills:
7+ years' experience in leading, designing, architecture, developing, testing and implementing WebSphere solutions for large customers In depth knowledge and hands on background in WebSphere products like WebSphere Application Server - a web application server, IBM WebSphere Adapters, IBM WebSphere Message Broker, IBM WebSphere MQ, IBM WebSphere Portlet
Desirable Skills:
· Strong understanding and ability to architect multiple technology based solutions
· Ability to take full ownership of entire engineering stack required to deliver features and results to business stakeholders and customers
· Experience with global delivery model
· Excellent communication and presentation
· Excellent customer handling and relationship building skills Strong business domain knowledge on Healthcare mainly Medical Devices and Diagnostics business segment
· Industry knowledge in Healthcare, Finance, Sales & Marketing
