Must Have Skills
1. Expertise in developing test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium. Very good knowledge of Java and selenium required
2. Very good communication skill, leadership qualities and knowledge of QA processes
3. Worked on Test automation of AWS based applications
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Setting up Test Automation framework, develop automation scripts, manual test planning and execution, defect writing and taking them to closure
2. Leading the QA team, status update in scrum meeting and collaboration with various stakeholders
3. OffshoreOnshore communication and handling
