Position: ITIL Certified Program Manager

Location: San Jose, CA OR RTP, NC

Duration: 11 months contract

Rate: $55/hr c2c AIC this is the max

Job Description:

ITIL certification and experience in ITSM Implementation is must

Mgr/ Sr Mgr with cross functional (business and IT) Program Management experience

Strong communication and facilitation skills.

4 to 5 years of Big 5 or Client's BTS SL experience preferred

Familiarity with CRM, eCommerce, and Software Enablement preferred

Strong Program Governance, Status Reporting and Communication Management experience

Responsibilities:

Program plan management (oversight of integrated multi-user plan across 22 tracks)

Program Register management (actions, risks, issues)

Program Release Management

Program scope change management

Stakeholder management

Organizational Change Management (OCM)

Required skills and Background:

Experience with large, transformational IT programs in an enterprise environment

Knowledge if ITIL (certification preferred)

PMP or equivalent certification required

Familiar with Agile methodology (CSM or equivalent certification preferred)

Meeting facilitation

Strong comminutions and influencing skills

Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet & Jive

ServiceNow experience a plus

Cisco experience a plus

Skill:

Project Governance - Service Management - Application Management.
