JOB DESCRIPTION: Tasks: Build Process Models for Open Platfrom Operational Functions Identify opportunities for improving processes to be more scalable Ensure proper Monitoring, SLAs and Controls are in place Deep dive into operational processes to ensure process is understood and well documented Manage small/mid level projects to improve operational process (coordinate with SMEs, compliance, legal, technical, etc) Utilize existing tools to establish specific SLA's and KPIs for key processes Coordinate all process information into a process library to be shared with existing as well as potential new OP3n customers
