Job Description

Support Asset Management Marketing through direct involvement and consultative work with all users and business partners using the Intermediary Distribution Salesforce.com instance. This will be accomplished by clearly communicating and driving Salesforce.com concepts, technologies and data structure into the Marketing channel. The Analyst will be a key contributor on projects involving Salesforce.com to ensure new processes, applications, data and reporting work correctly and offer the appropriate automation to improve business work flow and execution.
 
Responsibilities

• Create and improve business processes for the Marketing team leveraging Salesforce.com and key components such as Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud and other integration
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for Senior leadership which include key performance indicators
• Provide ongoing support to all Salesforce.com users and triage requests and customization to the database
• Successfully leverage Data-loader type tools to successfully export and import data to and from Salesforce.com while maintaining data integrity
• Develop and maintain documentation around business processes involving Salesforce.com
• Participate in Salesforce.com user group meetings and expand knowledge base of Salesforce.com through certification, webinars, and professional development.

 
Required Skills/Experience:

• Must have 5-8 years of Salesforce experience and should be comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
• Experience working in end to end environments (both with TECH and Business teams). Resource will assist tech and marketing partners with 'journeys' on Advisor Data.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling, with associated technology applications.
• Strong relationship and communication skills in working with colleagues, as well as influencing others on recommendations and analysis results.
• Salesforce.com and Marketing Cloud experience required.
• BS or BA degree required.
