Technical/Functional skills required:-

Hands on Up-gradation / Implementation experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation Module in Oracle EBS R12 with strong Functional knowledge in this module.

Re-implementing Oracle Incentive Compensation module in Oracle EBS 12 environment (from Oracle 11i ERP)Provide Functional solution / Requirement gathering and mapping Customer & Project management

Project management skill along with technical background
