Business/Systems Analyst III (5-7 Years)

Ft. Worth, TX

6+ Months

Rate: $55/h on C2C

Qualifications: 
• Minimum of 5 years work experience as an IT Business Analyst with airline systems and data is preferred 
• Knowledge and experience in Agile Development methodologies and formal business analysis techniques required 
• Experience using Agile related tools such as Rally is required 
• Knowledge and experience in analysis techniques such as requirements gathering and use case development 
• Experience working with/as a Business Product Owner 
• Communicate precisely and clearly, both orally and in writing, with people at all levels with a strong command of the English language 
• Knowledge of resource planning, financial reporting, executive reporting, process improvement using lean shared services model 
• Rally and Proficiency in MS Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Access) 
• Experience in Quality Assurance is preferred 
• Airline experience is preferred

 

Project Manager III

Ft. Worth, TX

Rate: $60/h on C2C

Job Description

•           5+ years of experience managing large IT software development projects using structured PM and System Development methodologies/practices with project planning tools

•           Thorough knowledge of IT project life cycles, particularly SDLC

•           Agile development methodology

•           Broad experience in a variety of computing platforms (mobile, client/server, etc.)

•           Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization (such as the Project Management Institute)

•           Strong experience gathering and documenting complex system requirements, technical specifications, and developing detailed system diagrams

•           Experience managing project financials is strongly preferred

•           Experience and a full understanding of failover/failback, disaster recovery and mirroring concepts is preferred

•           Experience delivering mission-critical applications in a high-availability environment is preferred

•           Experience delivering in-house and commercial off-the-shelf applications is preferred

•           Broad understanding of crew operations or flight operations processes is preferred

•           PMP certification is a plus

•           Some travel domestically and internationally may be required

Preferred Technology

•           SharePoint
