Role: Project Manager/Program Manager

Location: Bellevue WA

Contract: Long Term

 

Role Description:

Interpretation and application of business, functional and non-functional requirements within Aptitude Accounting Hub (AAH) and/or Aptitude Revenue Recognition Engine (for IFRS 15 / FASB Topic 606) solution framework. Maintaining Strategic programme view in conjunction with Solution Architect

 

·         Interpretation and application of business requirements within the Aptitude Software applications.

·         Work with the business to define chart of accounts.

·         Overall responsibility for Aptitude Software applications detailed functional design and implementation.

·         Reviews and contribute to Functional Specifications.

·         Interpret reporting business requirements.

·         provide best practice advice on areas such as conversion, testing, parallel running, go-live / cutover

·         Provide work stream level project management of the Aptitude Software PS team.

·         Provide weekly status reports to Aptitude Software Delivery management and escalate any significant issue/concerns.

·         Track burn vs. budget

·         Support and contribute to client Project Manager/Program Management

 

Skill Set:

·         Finance based project management/delivery

·         Accounting principles (preferably CPA or equivalent)

·         Technical Accounting

·         Basic data manipulation in MS Excel and SQL

·         Presentation and report writing skills

·         Detailed knowledge of finance business process design

·         Functional design & high level implementation thereof.
