Position    :     Oracle DBA
Location   :     Austin, TX
Duration   :     Open Ended Contract
Need only Local's as in person interview is required
 
 
Must-haves
2-5 yrs experience with Oracle Database (10g/11g)
proficient in SQL/PLSQL
experience with multiple RDBMS systems - Oracle , SQL, Teradata
SSIS scripting
experience writing functions and procedures in SQL server and oracle
performance tuning experience

 

Plusses
understanding of pricing syustems/ vendavo/ SAP

 

Role
this canddiate will responsible for the following:
data integration and transformation from corporate data warehouse to the Oracle database
design (schema, objects and load processes)
documentation and support
developing new integrations and enhacing existing integrations
executing projects including: testing, root cause analysis, performance tuning and debugging
work with pricing and corporate data warehouse teams to ensure the proper data is identified and transformed into a useable format
designing queries and transformation processes to support pricing integrations
implement and maintain integration process
problem escalation to the team
