QA Tester
Location: Florham Park, NJ
Duration: 1 year
System Tester on an existing application that has been live for approximately one year. The system is named Consolidated Compliance System (CCS) and is responsible for returning information such as: Subscriber Information, Usage and/or Content to the client upon request. The application is frequently used by law enforcement.
> Tester will be part of a two person team to test the Compliance System (CCS)
> Tester will need to read requirements and develop test cases from those requirements
> Tester will need to be able to create and/or locate suitable test data for these test cases
> Tester will need to be able to execute all test cases against the CCS application
> Tester will need to be able to maintain his or her own unix test environment; including performing builds and installs as needed
> Tester will need to be able to identify, document and track all system defects
Tester will need to be able to report his or her testing status on a regular basis
