We have a requirement with our direct client for an Experienced Integration Analyst.

 

Position: Experience Integration Analyst

Duration: 4+ months

Location: Minneapolis, MN

 

Duties/Experience/Skills Required

1. For each integration planned, define the data and process requirements and procedures for its successful implementation and for continued operations (disaster plan and procedures) in the event of system interruption
2. For integrations whose implementation has been deferred until after initial Go-Live, define the requirements for successful business operations until the implementation of the automated integration occurs
3. Document all business rules associated with the integrations
4. Coordinate with the business owners and others, the development of procedures, documentation and training for each of the integrations
5. Produce technical documentation for the support and execution of the operational aspects of all automated interfaces
6. Coordinate with Quality Assurance staff to develop and execute thorough testing procedures for each integration
7. When appropriate, identify and recommend alternative solutions for meeting functional requirements and increasing efficiency of the project activities

 

List of Deliverables:

1. Business process models and text describing all integrations planned
2. Business rule documentation to support data exchange validation
3. Test scenarios and test cases to accomplish quality assurance tasks associated with each interface, automated or manual
4. Technical documentation of each integration
5. Design frameworks for batch and real-time interfaces
6. Documentation of all business process changes and any identified communication and training requirements
7. Status reports of progress on assigned tasks
8. Suggestions and recommendations for improvements in processes, procedures, etc.

 

Impact/Outcome from a Business Perspective: 

This role will contribute to the project's success by ensuring that all points of integration between the new Assessment and Taxes solution and other business applications are properly engineered, tested, and trained.
