Core Job Functions :
· Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and systems requirements that meet business requirements.
· Research and maintain knowledge in Sharepoint and Sales Force emerging technologies and possible application to the business.
· Use established testing procedures to ensure application is thoroughly tested throughout development and before release.
· Lead efforts to design, code, test and implement programs to support the portfolio management process.
· Evaluate new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities.
· Provide input in establishing program and/or project budget and timelines.
· Monitor and report to management on project status, identify issues that may impede attainment of project goals, recommend and implement corrective measures.
· Continuously expand knowledge in area of Sales Force and SharePoint specialization.
Required Skills (must haves), include technologies and version:
• Work with company and consultant experts to ensure our SharePoint and SalesForce platform is robust and scalable.
• Proactively collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, SMEs, Consultants, and Developers to analyze, architect, design, configure, document, test and support Sales Force, SharePoint.
• Work with business users to understand business problems and recommend solutions.
• Work with QA to manage testing to validate that all developed code and configuration meets the business, functional and technical requirements.
• Support and mentor Sales Force and SharePoint administrators, including involvement during upgrades, application migrations and front-end configuration and development.
• Advise, provide guidance, and champion SalesForce SharePoint best practices, standards, governance, and information management.
# of Years of Experience:
· 8+ total years of demonstrated Microsoft .NET experience utilizing C#, ASP.NET (MVC and/or classic), ADO.NET, LINQ, Entity Framework.
· Over 5+ years of professional experience as a Developer, with over 5 years of experience in SalesForce CRM as a developer/administrator/Analyst.
· 3+ years in a team lead capacity, designing and architecting technical solutions (SharePoint/Salesforce).
· At least 2 years of development experience with Salesforce and SharePoint 2010, including:
o Excellent understanding of the software development process, including requirements analysis, testing, and deployment.
o Experience with web part development, site definitions, layouts, master pages, features, packages solutions, event handlers.
o Experience deploying, upgrading, and supporting Sales force and SharePoint 2010 and up
o Experience configuring SalesForce and SharePoint farms, services, search, site collections etc.
o Experience developing SharePoint workflows using Designer and Visual Studio
o Experience building highly customized SharePoint applications using Visual Studio 2010 and SharePoint Designer 2010.
o Experience integrating SharePoint with a variety of business systems
o Experience with Info Path, KPIs, records management, excel services is a big plus.
o Experience with Agile methodologies.
· Experience with SharePoint 2013 is a plus.
· Development experience with HTML5/CSS3 and jQuery is a plus.
· Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and other Databases
Additional Skills (nice to haves):
· Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
Strong communication skills to interact with team members, and business personnel
