·         Able to lead, manage and coordinate projects within a team environment.

·         Proficient in technology, tools and methods including:
Code development, configuration and component re-use.

·         Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

·         Testing: unit, regression, integration, load, system, fault, and exploratory.

·         Development methodology: waterfall, iterative, prototyping, rapid application development, etc.

·         Quality control, change control, change management, and release management.

·         Tiered support models.

·         Troubleshooting and incident management.

·         Expert programming skills and a sound understanding of data structures, database theory and database administration concepts.
