The best candidate is one who is strong/experienced in either Java or .NET (C# and VB.Net), with a willingness to switch camps and learn the other side if necessary. Additionally, any experience in web development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a big plus.

 

The person needs to be flexible and also be excited in doing other types of work such as:

 

1.  Excited to work with different programming language. For example if we get an experienced Java developer he/she is excited to do .Net development as well

2.  Excited to do System Administration work

3.  Excited to take leadership roles and interacting with the customer

 

Who are flexible to work with different programming languages and do systems administration work (related to FileNet). We would prefer people who are excited to learn new technologies rather than just "willing.

 

Candidates must have good communication and people skills.
