Position: .NET Application Support Analyst/Developer

Location: San Ramon, CA

Duration: 3 months

C2C Rate: $50/hr on C2C

 

 

The .net application support analyst/developer is responsible for the analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of business and technical information technology solutions through the application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology. The skills progression identifies responsibilities ranging from basic programming assignments to being able to function in a single discipline to advanced specialty disciplines such as assembly/integration, cross-discipline functions, data engineering, industry expertise, knowledge engineering, legacy evolution, or system infrastructure

 

Education: BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree

 

Experience:

1. 5+ Years Experience in application design, development, and implementation using Object Oriented Methodology
2. Expert in web application development utilizing .NET technology and web services in VB.net, ASP.NET, C++, JavaScript, HTML, XML
3. Exceptionally Strong knowledge of development in Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Wallets and Certificates –
4. Strong knowledge of development in Microsoft SQL Server
5. Good knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks –
6. Proficient in usability of web design –
7. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner both orally and written to various levels of audience. –
8. Experience in estimation using different techniques - Able to anticipate issues, provide alternatives and recommend solutions –
9. Good problem solving skills. –
10. Experience with IIS, Window Servers and Certificates Preferred Skills
11. Leads the design, development, implementation, and support of information technology solutions encompassing multiple specializations, platforms, and technologies. - Defines project scope, plans, and deliverables, including and proposed implementation dates.
12. Researches, analyzes, recommends, and implements new technologies, standard processes, tools, and techniques.
13. Assist in defining alternate solutions for the business problem.
14. .NET Framework 3.5, 4.0, 4.5
15. Extensive knowledge of UNIX/Linux scripting, batch job processing and crontab Certification: - Microsoft Certified Solution Developer
