REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 5 years prior development work in Microsoft technologies
• Previous experience troubleshooting application-related problems
• Visual Basic 6, VB/ASP .NET
• SQL Scripts
• MS SQL Server
• C#
• Windows Server, IIS
• Web technology (IIS, ASP.Net etc)
• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of Business and IT management
• Ability to negotiate acceptable solutions to complex problems across multiple business and/or technical areas and vendors
• Ability to organize own work and work from or generate specifications
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience with formal change control

Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Oracle DB experience
• WebMethods
• Tibco
• Content Management Systems
• Exposure to Citrix environments
• Exposure to Virtualization technologies – Vmware/ Application virtualization
• Exposure to Enterprise Networking
