Role: Oracle Apps Technical with Oracle Application Framework (OAF)

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Duration: 6+ Months contract

 

SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER and DESIGNER
The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for the analysis, design, codes, implementation and modification of Oracle applications and software products. Oracle R12 development experience with OAF knowledge is required.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to…

•  Participate in technical discussions to ensure the business requirements met
•  Translate business requirements into technical specifications
•  Analyze project specifications and procedures and translate into detailed technical specifications 
•  be able to review technical documentation written by Technical Leads and provide a timely feedback 
•  be able to write code based on industry best practices and to review other developers code to provide feedback 
•  Program, test and debug business applications
•  Minimum of 6 years development experience with Oracle programming languages, with a minimum of 2 years specific recent experience with Oracle R12
•  Ability to work effectively on complex development projects
•  Strong troubleshooting/break fix abilities
•  Good understanding and experience in testing methodology
•  Strong communication skills

An outstanding professional will:
•  8+ years of development experience with Oracle R12 E-Business Suite modules, Order Management, Supply Chain, AR, AP, Procurement, TCA and Financial modules.
•  Over 3 years of experience with design and developing applications and extensions using PL/SQL, OA Framework, Java, J2EE. 
•  Extensive working knowledge of related business applications and/or technologies.
•  Have strong PL/SQL knowledge, hands on developer.
•  Oracle SOA Suite 11g knowledge is preferred
