Job Description:
- Assess and build skills of client Functional Analysts. Mentor functional analysts on problem solving for payroll and time and labor issues.
- Deliver auditing and validating FLSA configuration and set-up. Provide documentation necessary for modification of any defects
- Evaluate functionality of and document special pay processes
- Create PeopleSoft queries and other tools to assist in the QA process
- Assume a lead role in improving Year-End activities
- Assume a lead role in implementing W2 and quarterly tax interface with ADP
- Develop and document procedures related to ADP interface work
- Conduct knowledge transfer for procedures related to ADP interface work
- Assist in PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade activities
