Job Title: - WebSphere Consultant         

Location: - ALLEGAN, Michigan

Duration: - 6+ Months

 

 

 

This position is responsible for creating the interfaces for SAP Adapter, Web Services and MQ Client along with administering the WebSphere platform. Responsibilities include the installation, configuration, periodic monitoring, and performance tuning, diagnosing, troubleshooting and moderate support of the server environment. This person will be working with other teams as well as customers so good communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction is a priority.

 

Must Have:

1) 3+ years experience as a WMQ and IIB Administrator

2) 3+ years experience in Enterprise Integration and messaging development and ESQL proficiency

3) Solid experience with IIB Web Services implementation

4) Solid experience with IIB SAP Adapters

3) Proficiency in Websphere MQ Administration Same as #1

 

Nice to Have:

1) IBM certified administrator for WMQ 6.0 or higher

2) Monitoring tools such as QPasa or Tivoli inherent with MQ 7.5.0.2 and IIB 9.0.0.0 (Dont have QPasa or Tivoli or any 3rd party monitoring tools yet)

3) IBM IIB Adaptors

4) Proven ability to use programming and scripting languages including but not limited to Shell scripting, C, C++ and Java (Windows Environment).

5) Validation documentation experience with IQ (Installation Qualification) and OQ (Operation Qualification)
