Qualifications and Experience
The client needs to replace a JDE (JD Edwards) HCM (Human Capital Management) Workforce Management consultant to help this client complete a 2 year long project. This functional consultant will need to be experienced in JDE HCM Workforce Management Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits. There will be little to no transition time, so candidates must be able to hit the ground running. Candidates should have a consultative approach and strong communication skills. At times will be client facing.
· Client doesn't use every 'bell and whistle' of the JDE HCM WM tool, but they use a lot.
· Would prefer candidates to be local, but will look at non-local candidates.
· Client is sensitive to travel expenses, therefore someone local would be ideal.
· Work onsite verses remote does fluctuate. The client says they may work one week onsite, one week off. Or 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Or 3 weeks on and 1 week offsite. The client makes the on site work schedules and is generally receptive if one of the team members needs to adjust when they will be on site.
· No remote workers for this role.
