Need Mid-level Salesforce Developer
Location: San Francisco, CA

Skills:
· 3-5 years of experience administering Salesforce.com for a large and rapidly scaling organization.
· 1-2 years of development experience with Force.com customizations - Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE.
· Experience writing VisualForce controllers and Apex Triggers.
· Experience with Salesforce.com Administration - User, Roles, Profile, Workflows, Page Layout, Validation rules, Sharing and Field-Level Security.
· Prior experience with data loader.
· Strong development and unit testing skills.
· Strong web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX.
· Object Oriented Development Skills.
· Experience designing and developing processes in an agile and collaborative environment.
· Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups.
· Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus.
· Strong multi-tasking, time management, organizational skills.
· Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Must be a go-getter and salesforce.com enthusiast who thrives on working in fast-paced environment.
· Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
· Demonstrated ability quickly adapt to changing business requirements.
· Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality.
· Demonstrated ability to think outside the box.

· Advanced Administration (ADM 301) Certification
· Force.com Developer (Dev 401) Certification
