Have strong experience in performing Data migration, Data Cleansing for Salesforce
Experience in an Agile Environment
Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
Participation in each phase of full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations
In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with good understanding of the business processes
Should be able to schedule and drive meetings with Business for gathering requirements for data migration
Understands complex ETL and data migration practices

Experience working in Sales, Channels and Customer Analytics functional area will be preferred

Exceptional communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users
Attention to detail, strong listening skills, and good verbal and written communications are required
