Job Title: Sr/Lead Java Developer with .Net
Location:  Simsbury, CT
Duration: 3-6 Month  Contract 
Client : The Hartford -- (investment and insurance company)

 

!! Note : Must be US Citizen, Green Card, and EAD preferred !!

 

Required background:
Responsible for designing and building 2 tier, 3 tier or N tier client server based applications.
Responsible for one or more technical aspects of development.
Must understand the client server model and be able to develop interconnect programs that are distributed efficiently across different locations.

 

Responsibilities include coding, testing, modifying, debugging, enhanced or purchased systems based on the business requirements, technical specifications and standards.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle along with 3-tiered application architecture. Understanding of Object-Oriented (OO) languages and tools. .net Java, XML, JavaScript. jQuery, JSON, Oracle. 

 

Additional Position Requirements:
Looking for candidate who has demonstrated leadership, planning and estimating experience.
