The job description as given below –
Looking for a suitable profile who can manage overall Finance track in Oracle ERP based transformation program with key responsibilities as follows:
· Engage with our clients organization in developing strategies, roadmap, analysis & design
· Background expectations: Strong experience in
o Program management experience with expertise implementation methodologies like AIM
o Core Finance processes (P2P, I2C, R2R etc) from a process consulting standpoint
o Planning & forecasting, financial consolidation, management reporting etc
o Strong experience in Oracle ERP based business transformation programs across geos, especially North America and Europe
o Good articulation & presentation skills to a diverse audience and specifically to Sr. Director/Director level
o Experience in Chart of Accounts redesign
o 15-20 years of experience working on Oracle ERP technologies that achieve the finance outcomes (Primarily Oracle with exposure to other ERPs like PeopleSoft, SAP etc).
o Oracle certified professionals are preferred
CA/CPA or equivalent degree or MBA(finance) is preferred
