Identity and Access Management Specialist

Job Duties at High level:
• Ability to Align IT with Business Strategies and Requirements through Agile Product Development Life-Cycle
• Experience in Implementing Large Scale Mission-Critical Enterprise Security Solutions
· Understand the business and technical environment and Identify and analyze business and technical requirements, issues, risks, and controls
· Demonstrate general knowledge of IAM best practices. Ability to integrate Legacy applications into existing IAM solution
· Experience and knowledge on two or more of following identity and access management products: IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (ITIM), IBM Tivoli Access Manager (TAM), IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator (ITDI), IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager (TFIM) experience with other IAM technologies will be considered .Minimum 4-5 year experience Required
· Experience with majority of the following technologies: LDAP, J2EE, Web Services, SAML, WS-Security, JDBC, Client/Server
· Demonstrate strong planning, organizing, prioritizing and coordination skills to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
Job Requirements:
• Strong Experience with Administering IBM Tivoli Security products especially Tivoli Identity Manager (ITIM) , Tivoli Access Manager (ITAM), Tivoli Directory Server (ITDS) , Tivoli Directory Integrator (ITDI) , Session Manager Server (SMS), and WebSphere Application Server
• Strong experience in implementing /tuning/maintaining clustered based Tivoli security solutions in production for all the above Tivoli products
• Strong knowledge in deploying Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions . Demonstrated experience with IBM ISIM6.0, ITIM 5.1 /ISAM v7.0, TAM v6.1 /ITDI v6.1, ITDI v7.0/ ITDSv6.x products supporting customized solutions.
· ITIM workflow customizations, Knowledge of ITIM API ‘s added advantage.
· Knowledge in working with LDAP servers and disparate data sources.
· Strong ITDI integration experience and the support and development of assembly lines.
· Ability to develop custom adapters for ITIM and perform provisioning integration using IDI with various end systems such as Tivoli Access Manager, Active Directory, Oracle, Docfinity, BloodHoundetc
· Experience in implementing Single Sign On solutions with Access Manager to different back end products
· Experience with UNIX Mid-Range Hardware Platforms - Preferably IBM P5, P6 Architecture
· Network Architecture & Network Security Concepts a Plus (TCP/IP, Cisco Load-Balancers, DMZ, Firewalls, etc)
· Ability to troubleshoot and isolate technical issues and make appropriate changes as necessary
· Ability to evaluate basic risk management approaches
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Good Communications and Leadership Skills - A Plus
