Detailed JD:

PeopleSoft Functional Human Resources expert with experience in the two or more of the following PS Modules:

Human Resource, Benefits Administration, Payroll, GL with insight into technical aspects to be able to troubleshoot issues if any.

Act as the lead for all functional team in upgrade of HRMS application.

Prior experience in PeopleSoft HR Upgrade would be a value add.

Should be able to define test requirements as well as be able to map requirements to test scripts and validate current functionality against identified business processes and test scenarios.
