TITLE: SENIOR TABLEAU DEVELOPER (WITH VERY STRONG SQL AND BI AND SOME SSAS/SSIS)

RATE: 60HR

DURATION: 6 MONTHS WITH EXTENSIONS

LOCATION: FT. LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA

INDUSTRY: HIGH TECH SOFTWARE

INTERVIEW: WEBCAM TO HIRE

 

 

Position Summary

The primary role is to provide business/technical analysis, design, development and implementation of a Performance Dashboard focused on Partner/Channel Management utilizing Tableau Software.  Seeking a BI Visualization expert to facilitate and provide guidance on new and actionable Dashboard reports.

 

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

•           Provide guidance on dashboard design and layout as it pertains to business flow, performance, functionality, and aesthetics

•           Analyze and develop reporting solutions to fulfill business requirements for projects of significant scope and complexity.

•           Communicate accurate and timely project status, issues, risks and scope changes to the Project Managers.

•           Provide effort estimation, status reporting, and conduct design reviews.

 

Qualifications (include knowledge, skills, abilities, and related work experience)

Minimum Requirements

•           3+ years development experience to include the following:

•           Dashboard Design

•           Tableau Development using SQL Server Analysis Services as data source

•           SQL Server, SQL Server Analysis Services

•           Strong understanding of BI application design and development principles.

•           Experience in all phases of the SDLC lifecycle to include requirements gathering from business, design, architecture, development, and delivery

Desired Requirements

•           Experience with MS BI Suite architecture implementation

•           SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
