Duration: 7+ months

Mandatory Skills: Proven experience with ITIL, Microsoft Office, SCCM, SharePoint, Web development, SQL.
Job Description:
· Develop SQL queries to create reports.
· Develop SQL report writer or Crystal reports to create report documents.
· Extract data to develop reports using SCCM.
· Add, revise, and publish report documents in SharePoint.
· Verify all reports and documents meet corporate quality standards.
· Process restricted data with sensitivity to ensure that confidential data remains private.
· Work within strict time-frames to meet or improve deadlines.
· Maintain flexible working style; assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
· Proven experience with ITIL, Microsoft Office, SCCM, SharePoint, Web development, SQL.
· Possess a solutions-oriented work ethic and a passion for excellence.
· High level analytical experience, with excellent grammar
