Job Description:
Job Title: Project Manager/Scrum Master - Media background a MUST!
Location: Midtown NYC
Job Type: Contract
Duration: Long Term
Role & Requirements:
· Potential assignments include leading an infrastructure and site migration project, and leading scrum teams for either mobile apps or web.
· Position requires experience and comfort level in both scrum and traditional methodologies
· In the range of 5+ years Public Facing Websites/Digital PM experience; media company a must.
· Experience using an Agile project management software (we use Jira with the Agile plugin), also familiarity with traditional project management software such as Microsoft Project
· Needs strong leadership and interpersonal skills: ability to work well with team members (developers, designers, Product Owners), as well as effective communication with executive stakeholders and others across a large media organization
· Occasional travel to California may be required.
