SAP CS Consultant

Job Description:
· Should have minimum 8 - 10 Years of SAP R/3 Experience and 2 - 4 years of domain experience
· Demonstrated knowledge in SAP CS module and is able to demonstrate expertise in after sales related configuration. Has good knowledge on processes like Service Order management, Spare parts management, Warranty Claim Processing, Service Contract Management, In House Repair Management & Resource Related Billing.
· Good experience with the integration areas of Sales & Distribution, Finance & Controlling & Material Management.
· Exposure to interface (especially with SFDC) and ABAP is an added advantage
· Experience in SAP configuration, Writing Functional Specifications, gathering customer requirements, problem solving and trouble shooting. Need to have experience in coordination and management of multiple teams for execution of the project efficiently
· Knowledge and experience with requirement specifications to define scope and system boundaries, recommend alternative methods to achieve complex system requirements and estimate resource implications of requirements at a high level
· Should be a good team player and be able to work with customer business teams and Wipro teams effectively
· Should have good communication skills to interact with technical teams across customer locations and functional owners
· SAP Certification is an added advantage
