* strong technical experience on OAF, XML and Workflows with Projects
* Have experience is writing interfaces using PL/SQL
* Have experience in forms personalization and customizing OAF pages
* Good experience in building workflows or customizing seeded workflows
* Expertise in building BI Publisher reports
* Have to be independent and experience in working with an onsite/offshore model
* Good to have experience on Oracle Projects or Project Management
