Mandatory Skill/Expertise
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Java/J2EE development for large-scale enterprise applications;
A minimum of 4 years of experience in leading development teams
Must have experience in architecting J2EE applications including web UI applicaitons
Strong knowledge of data integration technologies and processes;
Knowledge of with ETL technologies and software, preferably informatica
Experience with IBM WebSphere Message Broker, MQ and JMS;
Experience with relational databases preferably Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server;
Solid experience in XML Technologies (XML, XSL, XSD);
Ability to plan technical architecture and develop documentation;
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required;
Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques;
Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
Desirable Skill/Expertise
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience working with NYC Government agencies
