MOVEit Central and MOVEit DMZ Application Support Consultant

Mandatory Skills:
Min 5+ to 6+ yrs experience
Unix or Linux knowledge, Windows knowledge, Technical Support, troubleshooting skills
Strong TCP, FTP, SFTP expertise
Should have supported MoveIT Central and MoveIt DMZ applications
Description:
Monitor the incoming/outgoing files and take appropriate action on failure
Participate in the quarterly patch upgrade
Lead the Monthly maintenance and outage communication to stakeholders
Researches customer problems/issues to increase personal knowledge and familiarity with the supported product and to provide the highest level of support possible
Ensures effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts between support teams, functional teams, service personnel and customers
Candidate should have excellent Communication, Monitoring & Control skills
