Duties & Responsibilites :	Candidate should have strength in PeopleSoft HCM and more specifically in Payroll, Interfaces with ADP, SQR, SQL.  - Client interfacing for requirement gathering & coordinating the overall project - communication is key (all via email and phone)  - Creating/Writing specs based on client needs for inbound and outbound interfaces  - Functional role but must understand ADP products (knowledge of field names and experience working with technical teams) - acting as a BA  - Creating test plans for UAT testing  - Provide clients with multiple solutions for their needs based on ADP applications and budget
