o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required) 
o Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time (Required) 
o Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required) 
o Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Java, scrum experience in actual projects, some familiarity with GIT and Maven

Nice to have skills are: 
Eclipse, Test frameworks 
TestNG or JUnit 4 
Test mocks frameworks, e.g. Mockito, PowerMock, etc. 
Jenkins 
Tomcat 
AWS 
Some JMeter familiarity 
XQuery development 
Dev-Ops experience
